What are my shipping and pick up options?
It typically takes about four days for us to make the items. We ship out items through USPS Priority Mail, but many shipping delays have occurred due to COVID-19. If you spend over $75 you will automatically receive free shipping. If you would like to pick up your items in Chappaqua NY free of charge you may do so, otherwise we deliver our products locally for $3!
How do you handle returns or exchanges?
All custom sales are final unless there is a problem on our end with the product. (stuck clasp, wrong color etc.) We will take pre-made items in return for shopping credit!
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! Please send us an email at bygstyle914@gmail.com and we will send you a wholesale form. We would love to work with you!
I want to do a bulk order, special event, or party favors!
